What is happening during the session?

Coaching is a form of a personal development. It is specifically designed system of communication, questions, tools and exercises I use for the purpose of helping client and navigating him through his thoughts, emotions and life’s challenges. As coach I support learning and evolution of the client and help him achieve his personal or professional goal. We are oriented on here and now, on the possibilities and positive aspects. On options and future. Step by step client find answers on questions which he could not answer in a long time, learn new informations about himself and evolve to a better version of himself.
I’m trained and certified as Life coach, Life coach and counselor.

Psychotherapy is a variety of treatments, methods and exercises that are designed to help client identify and transform troubling and unwanted emotions, thoughts, behaviors and traumas. Psychotherapy with me can be as simple as friendly talk about clients hobbies or as complex as treating PTSD and suicidal tendencies. During psychotherapy we discuss clients past, present or future in supportive, non-judgmental and safe environment that allows client to talk openly about any kind of issues, fears and problems he is facing. He is free to express any kind of emotions, beliefs and feelings that are on his mind and discuss sensitive and painful topics. No matter what is it I am fully present and committed to support my client, help him find way out and heal what no longer serve him.

Mentoring is process of helping and giving advice to less experienced client on certain topics in which I have more experience or expertise. During mentoring I share my own personal experiences, solutions and strategies I used and directly help client in his own life situation and struggles.

I personally use multiple methods, styles and tools depending on each client and his needs or wishes. Sometimes we talk about clients hobbies, sometimes I use exercise with imagination and role play, sometimes I mix coaching, somatic experiencing and physical movement together and sometimes I share my own experiences that might help client deal with his or her own situation.
Every session is unique as each client is.
